Terrible awful experience and I
Terrible awful experience and I purchased THREE sets in the last year! Two tape in sets and one sewn in set. Tape ins fell out both times the very first wash! The ones sewn were severely discolored and try, I paid for long hair but my stylist ended up having to cut it so much! I don’t live in CA anymore, I fly from Miami to get my hair done there. But when I was there in May the girl working said someone would reach out to me, yet no one ever did. She also tried telling me it changed color due to sunblock…NOPE! I don’t use sunblock! And IF I’m anywhere near outdoor water I tie my hair up in a bun! Then October 22nd I made the mistake of ordering tape ins with you guys again, they were sealed until Tuesday November 8th when I flew out to California, I had an anniversary photo shoot in Turks and Caicos that I had to cancel because nearly every piece fell out before I even added shampoo! I literally cried texting my stylist at 6am before going on my trip. She’s been doing my hair for many years and I know this has nothing to do with her and everything to do with the quality. I would greatly appreciate a refund or some form of compensation because as I said I fly 5-6 hours each way within 24 hours just for my hair and this last incident ruined my ENTIRE trip, my Thanksgiving and most likely my Christmas if I can’t make it back there before then!
