Received product in a timely manner, but will probably not purchase again.

overall the product and service was ok.

Be more up front about the return and exchange policy when buying wefts. You have 2 different policies posted and it really sucks for the customer. Customer service was very nice, but it definitely sucks when the hair is bad.

Shipping took too long

Thought it would be better but not, the tabs didn’t hold well, purchased to retab didn’t last, not worth the price
