Swanwick Sleep

My experience with Swanwick through the years has changed. In the past phenomenal customer service, now it is not quite that way. Still a good solid company.

My big question is whether it's too late to do some exchanges?

With such great reviews, I had high hopes for this product, but I wasn't blown away. The silk is nice and soft on your skin and hair, but it doesn't block out light completely. Also since the strap is elastic, it does dig into your hair and leave a kink when you wake up. If you have a larger head, the mask will also dig into your eyes and it was not very comfortable for me. I don't know why I expected more. If you have a small face and short hair, maybe this would fit right for you. It was just another eye mask for me.
