Swanwick Sleep

It's hard to actually measure how effective these glasses are; I try to remember to wear them every evening two hours before bed, as suggested. My dilemma is that while I'm working on my computer at night I usually have the TV on as well; the issue is that I use reading glasses for my computer, the mobile phone, and reading, but not for distance (i.e., the television and everything else!) so it's a little annoying to go back and forth from the Swannies Night Fitovers with my reading glasses to just the Swannies for the TV and other lights that may be on at night (and of course, some light gets in unless I keep my eyes closed while switching eyewear). I guess Swannie bifocals would be the solution?

I have nothing bad to say about the glasses. They are as expected, really nice. Only one negative point: the box and the case smells kind of mouldy. Yannick
