These glasses are really comfortable, block blue light and really help me wind down at night. Definitely recommend

After using my wife’s blue light glasses for weeks I finallly pulled the trigger (she made me and now I can’t thank her enough) on a pair of my own. First mistake was ordering a pair off Amazon - they were cheaply made and I assumed the other options were too. So glad I learned about Swannies through Mark Sisson’s blog. Immediately liked the style and they tailor a more masculine look. Also available in larger/wider sizes to accommodate my big face. I have the daytime glasses and immediately feel more energized through the day while working on my computer. Also wear at night during Netflix binge sessions. I find myself falling asleep faster with better quality. Would highly recommend to anyone who is on a screen most of their day or night time TV watcher.
