Suntana Spray Tan

I've used suntana for over a year and never had a problem and recently I've found the liquid is far too thin! Its dripping immediately and people have been complaining its patchy. I'm losing custom because of this. I'm really disappointed as I have the full range so quite alot of moneys worth!

Fab tan to have on but trying to get it off is an absolute nightmare

I contacted suntana several times with questions about what i was purchasing, via their live chat. I needed lids for the spray tan cups so wanted to check that they were included on the £200+ machine i was buying. I received no response. On another occasion i asked for the dimensions of the box for the pro tnt. Again, no response. I asked about which machines have the on/off switch at the gun handle. I received a response within 10 mins but after waiting half an hour to my follow up question I gave up and asked for them to email with the answer. No one did. I decided to get the machine anyway. On delivery the hose retainer was snapped in two. I immediately emailed a photo across but yep, no response again. I bought the most expensive machine despite the questions i had going unanswered. It didn't include the lids after all. And its damaged. And no one has replied. The hose falls out every time i close the lid and it’s impossible to put away properly. Its going to end up damaging something else in the case but I don’t know what to do as I’m just constantly being ignored.

The sticker product came as it was described but the adhesive side was pitiful at remaining on the skin. I wouldn’t mind as it cost less than £1 per strip but the shipping was SHOCKINGLY extortionate. I paid nearly £15.00 for 3 strips of paper to be sent to my U.K. address from a U.K. seller. The envelope was nothing more than cardboard inside plastic. I would strongly advise a review on your shipping costs in future.

My order delivered while I was not home without any notifications, which I understand its the courier’s problem. However I sent an email about my returned Item. There has been no response nor a refund of the payment for the items.
