Not great.
I contacted suntana several times with questions about what i was purchasing, via their live chat.
I needed lids for the spray tan cups so wanted to check that they were included on the £200+ machine i was buying. I received no response.
On another occasion i asked for the dimensions of the box for the pro tnt. Again, no response.
I asked about which machines have the on/off switch at the gun handle. I received a response within 10 mins but after waiting half an hour to my follow up question I gave up and asked for them to email with the answer. No one did.
I decided to get the machine anyway.
On delivery the hose retainer was snapped in two. I immediately emailed a photo across but yep, no response again.
I bought the most expensive machine despite the questions i had going unanswered. It didn't include the lids after all.
And its damaged. And no one has replied.
The hose falls out every time i close the lid and it’s impossible to put away properly. Its going to end up damaging something else in the case but I don’t know what to do as I’m just constantly being ignored.
