I don’t understand the design of your facial mask. I just spent ridiculous effort trying to open this including cutting my fingers. Not all of them are sealed perfectly. One of the six bottles doesn’t have the little thing on the lip.

Still have not received goods. Where is it? Australia Post tracking doesn’t help. It appears to be still in Melbourne . Extremely disappointed with online outcome. Susan R
