I kept getting errors trying to place my order but contacted customer service who needed some time but eventually resolved the error I saw and managed to get my order through. From there, the delivery was satisfactory and the goods received in good condition

Knowledgable & prompt

Overall service is ok but need to improve on delivery time. 9 to 1 pm gap is too wide n sometime I get delivery after2pm. If we suddenly decide to go out we have to wait until yr delivery has arrived. Suggest a gap of 2 hrs for delivery
