To Brand's customer care & team, I've been drinking Ruby Collagen since last year & it works fine. However, I personally found that the bottle's cap is super tight ! Sometimes I give up to open the bottle. Fancl's bottle is much more easier to open. As labeled, ruby collagen drink supposed to store in cool place, away from direct sunlight & under 25°C, but I don't think Kerry practice this. I always received warm collagen from them. Is the collagen still fresh after storing them in a warm vehicle for whole day?
