I bought my wife a Super Solano about 10 years ago and she has absolutely loved that hair dryer. Use and time took it's toll and although everything worked, the hair dryer was showing it's age. I sent it in for a make-over. The dryer was returned with a new lease on life. Parts that had being showing age and wear (cord, screen, outer case/shell) were all replaced as part of the service. The dryer is like new and my wife was absolutely thrilled! well worth every penny! Shipping it was easy with a prepaid shipping label for sending it in and the cost of shipping was included both ways in the service fee!
