I contacted Solano customer service because I wanted to purchase a red EVO hair dryer. Solano shows a red EVO in their video and promotion of the EVO yet when I went to purchase it, the only option was black. Solano responded to my email telling me how to purchase the red EVO. When I received the hair dryer, there was a handwritten note on my shipping confirmation inside the box. The handwritten note said that I was the first one to have a red EVO. I thought that was super thoughtful and an excellent customer service touch. I will only own Solano hair dryers - their products are high quality and their customer service is fantastic.
