Wife dropped her favorite hair dryer and shattered the case and impeller. Rats! Didn’t want to just trash it. It looked like an easy fix if I could find replacement parts. Poked around and came across Solano repair service. Obviously they are (justifiably) proud of and stand behind their products. Filled out the forms on the simple to navigate website and shipped it to the repair center free of charge, In very short order it arrived on my porch. We looked at it for awhile because it appeared they just sent back a brand new unit, but the cord was the same. I’m old school and appreciate this prompt and fairly priced service. Kudos.

I bought the Forza and I am so glad that I did. The blow-dry feels and looks so professionally done. I have coarse curly hair so it's taking less time now with this blow dryer. It gets the job done quickly because it's hot but still gentle on the hair. . not very heavy . . . And not loud. I will definately recommend this to family and friend. Thank you Solano
