Easy, fast, what more could one ask?

It's super convenient, competitively priced. They sent a bottle that had leaked and was empty. When we told them, they shipped a new bottle immediately. Great customer service.

With the exception of the USPS losing my first order and delaying receipt by 15 days (not Soda Sense's fault) this has been an exceptional service -- so much easier than exchanging cartridges at a local store. I have 6 cartridges already - so ordered the BOX with no new cartridges. The exchange and receipt is super easy and takes about 5 days to return your filled CO2 cartridges.
