Convenient and timely! Much easier than trading in at a store and with three canisters I never run out!

I needed help from customer service ( I lost the return shipping label). I emailed in the morning and within an hour I had the label emailed to me with a very kind note on how to continue. This is excellent customer service. I love my soda stream!
