So happy we switched!

We were hesitant given the ease of returning at local stores and this felt like too much of a luxury... but I’m sold, this is so convenient, quick and still cost effective. Never going back!

Dean was great!

I wrote an email to Soda Sense customer service as I was upset about a part of my order, but the Customer Service team is so incredibly kinda, thoughtful and they take action. Because of the nice service from Soda Sense, I am now a member for life! Kindness Works!

Fast service and shipping!

We decided to try this as at the start of the COVID pandemic we had two empty canisters and didn’t want to physically exchange them and the quickest way to get a new one was to order another. Entire. Soda Stream. Which my husband did. As the pandemic continued and our canister emptied, I was worried were were going to end up with more canisters (or worse, a third Soda Stream when we only need one!). So I signed us up! Service was very fast. I ordered the box, had it delivered, returned the empties, and had the full ones delivered in less than a week! More expensive that physically exchanging them at the store but worth it!

Soda sense replacement cartridges

I like the convenience of getting new cartridges via mail versus having to repeatedly check at Target if the have a new supply! I appreciate the box they were sent in with a return label added to package! MayaWS

It worked great unfortunately I was unaware the first box when I ordered new cartridges should have had a postage return. We have box but no postage so had to buy another box and postage
