First shipment was fine . I have not reordered so I don’t know about thr returning part.

My first co2 cylinder arrived in a strong box. I immediately installed it in the soda stream, and enjoyed my first carbonated drink in several weeks, as I had been trying to replace the old cylinder without success since Covid 19 had arrived. The old cylinder is waiting for the second one to go in the box, to be returned for replacement. Thank you for an excellent service,
