Overall experience wasn’t bad

3 star from me. This isn't a bad review in terms of rating. I would give a 4 star but I am still in the process of getting my teeth the my desired colour. I am a smoker so this may take longer than a non smoker. Delivery was a nightmare (not on smilepro's end.) My package was sent out within 2 business days of my confirmation email, great! During the transit process my package became lost in Australia post system. After long awaiting my delivery I emailed smilepro and in my surprise smilepro promptly replied saying they had contacted Australia post on my behalf and unfortunately had the lost in transit news which they then told me they had put a package insurance claim in for me and another package was on its way. This definitely was far and beyond my expectations for customer service. I could probably add an extra star for that alone. In saying that there is always room for improvement in any business so 3 stars it is and 3 stars to be proud of. Thanks SmilePro here's to a whiter smile and a brighter world.

Shipping you service were excellent. Product is a total waste of time and money. I followed all the instructions to the letter and my teeth are still the exact same colour as before the treatment. Extremely disappointed.
