Great Customer Support for a Great Product
I bought my Smart Nora several years ago until it was ineffective.
I didn’t call Customer Support because it was out of warranty. After a YEAR on the shelf, I gave them a call before recycling it.
Turns out that the bladder which makes the pillow rise and fall had a small leak in it.
Even though it was 1+ years out of warranty, Smart Nora sent me a new / free / no postage required bladder.
My Smart Nora works as well as ever, and my sleep is much improved!
