I received superb customer service response when I had a problem with the base unit. I am waiting for my replacement base at this time. Can't wait for this to arrive.

With Smart Nora on, and the mattress elevated at my head, my snoring seems to be less, or at least stops when it inflates. It only took me a few days to get used to it, and now I don;t even notice it when it inflates while I'm sleeping. Other than forgetting to turn it off when I leave in the morning, it's works good, and I believe it was a good investment.
