Best customer service - EVER!
Sadly, Smart Nora didn't work for me - and I tried making every possible adjustment until the very end of the time allotted for return. When I contacted them, they even offered more suggestions along with additional time for return! The return process was as simple as sending an email explaining that it hadn't worked for me and including proof of payment. I received a response and shortly thereafter, a return shipping label which I printed out and used to return my Smart Nora. At this time, I still haven't received a refund, but I only dropped the package off to UPS on Friday (2 business days ago). I expect that I will have no issues with the refund process considering how smoothly everything else has gone. I hate the product didn't work for me, but I am thoroughly impressed with this company! Too bad there aren't more with this type of customer service! It is definitely worth the effort to try their product! If it doesn't work and you are compliant with the allotted time constraints (a full 30 days -- from the date you RECEIVE your unit!!), you have absolutely nothing to lose!
