Nora ended up not working for me, but the support staff was always ready to answer my questions and concerns. They approved me for returing the product and gave me a timeline for getting the return label.

So far so good. My wife is very, very, very happy that I purchased the smart nora. I know it's working because the complaints about my snoring have stopped! I used a string to hold the pebble holder around the head board so it can be adjusted on the fly, and also to take with us if we sleep somewhere other then at home. It is worth the price.
