Was sent the wrong item...a splash instead of a spray 4711 cologne. Smallflower answered my complaint immediately and sent the correct item as well as willingly accepting the wrong item back, postage paid, even tho it had been opened. I was so pleased with that kind of service I bought both colognes.

Overall experience has been quite pleasant and would purchase from company again based solely on that. Not just a great bargain or the like.
