I order the Molton Brown hand wash products. I have a hard time finding a specific scent with Neiman-Marcus and Amazon. Neither one carry it so I did a search and Smallflower popped up. I recently made my first purchase from Small Flower. I ordered two evanhealy Blue Cactus Beauty Balms to take advantage of a free gift offered with the order. I was notified by a Small Flower employee (If my memory serves me, I think his name was Robert) who called and left a friendly message, telling me that the company had only one (not two) of the Beauty Balms. The company still honored the promotional offer and sent me the free gift (an evanhealy Lip Balm) with one Blue Cactus Beauty Balm. They also informed me that evanhealy currently did not have the item I ordered in stock so Small Flower cannot, at this time, order more of the evanheal Blue Cactus Beauty Balm. I am impressed with the excellent customer service that I received and will definitely consider making additional purchases from Small Flower. Thank you.
