Unfortunately, the Walmart site somehow used wrong link for the item I purchased, despite the original intended item for correct link being shown on site, the link for this didn't match. I was then sent {due to the link mishap} wrong item. I called the actual merchant (Small Flower) directly and, explained the situation {upon giving them the required info for them to review and see for themselves}. They were wonderful, sent me the correct product immediately. I returned the mistaken item sent to me due to Walmart's error --BACK to the merchant's address, just as fast. Yes, I will shop with this merchant -Small Flower.com again, for now on. FYI: This was the first time I've ever ordered from Small Flower.com Merchant. Excellent customer service & they DO back up what they say with action, immediately. Thank you so much for this. **I will be back (when my supply runs low) to now order from your site DIRECTLY, instead of through Walmart/Amazon/Ebay etc. type sites. I am very impressed with the way this German Nivea Creme is working with my skin. The original German formulation is far superior to the entirely different Mexican formulation sold in North America. Dare I say it even works better than La Mer and La Prairie for a fraction of the cost. And it can be used all over the body! This mosturizer always leaves me with a healthy-looking dewy complexion and I’ve noticed superior hydration that doesn’t clog my pores, resulting in smoother looking skin as compared to even the most expensive skin creams. Also, this is the only place I’ve been able to find the authentic German formulation which should be a must have staple for everyone!

Received my order promptly but there was minor shipping damage. They could not have been nicer and I had a replacement in no time. They've got me as a forever customer.
