We are thankful our order arrived, safe and sound. We depend on Smallflower for the toothpaste we use. I ordered over the phone, because I did not have time to order online. The associate was quick, accommodating, friendly and polite.

We fell in love with this little boutique location outside of our hotel in Chicago, IL, and were thrilled to find out they had an online shop as well! So many amazing, holistic and healing products. I am so excited to find the soaps I used to love while living abroad in Germany. While I wish their “sale” section was a bit larger/more user friendly, we will absolutely be repurchasing from Merz/Small Flower Apothecary again.

Smallflower was the only place I was able to find this scent, much less in lotion--my preferred form. Item arrived well packaged and quickly. I will buy from Smallflower again!

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received from Smallflower. My husband and I are particular about our soap, and other resellers of the Nesti Dante Italian soaps sometimes send either broken or older soaps that have lost their scent a bit. We received our package timely, and everything was packed neatly and carefully. I will be ordering soaps exclusively from here from now on.
