Still missing order. I paid £50 and received a message from you that according to courier company parcel was delivered. Previous parcels-with swapped items and delays. Initially your company was brilliant but recently my experience was not good. So I ceased all repeating items. Could actually be more diligent regarding postage and would be appreciated if you go extra mile for your customers.
