This has saved my skin. I had a super flaky and damaged skin barrier after healing my eczema, so I’ve been use this on top of a moisturizer. I’ve always had hormonal acne, but I may have noticed a slight increase in breakouts since starting this (though I’m honestly not sure that the skinfix cream caused it). If it did, I don’t really care, because my skin is so dry that I need the occlusive properties of this! Nothing else works and I assume almost everything for dry skin will make my acne worse. I’ve gone through two mini containers of this and I love it.
