Silk + Sonder

I am computer and cell phone challenged. However I asked a question and got a very clear, understandable answer complete with picturess of how to find what I was asking for.

I am so impressed with silk and sonder and their customer service! I emailed bc I paid with the wrong card and was concerned it would cause me some financial distress and they quickly responded and helped me fix the issue! They also reminded me to update my card information to the card and that would be best for my account and I accidentally forgot to do this. A couple days later I received a courtesy email reminding me that I had not updated my card and they just wanted to be sure I did so in order to incur any other unwanted payments to the wrong card. There were a few other emails I had sent about full access to the silk and sonder experience and they responded so quickly and with such care and concern! It’s nice to see a company that cares about their customers and not just about the money !

I cannot live with out my monthly calendar!! For someone who has adhd and peri menopausal brain fog the monthly calendar is a game changer for my sanity. I’m also a kindergarten teacher and while I don’t use it for lesson plans the monthly calendars support my work/life balance keeping any feelings of overwhelm at bay. Additionally, the monthly word themes are beautiful to reflect on as well as the self care activities embedded in each month. Customer service is top notch too. My only suggestion is for them to create a yearly calendar. I keep a thin one on hand at all times to compliment my monthly calendars.

Paper or digital, doesn’t matter. Both products are carefully crafted and both are easy to use.
