The product is full of exposed metal screws even though they advertised the product as plastic. I am allergic to metal because of the rust. I thought that the metal screws would be covered in plastic. In such a humid world like earth, metal screws should be protected by plastic cover. In addition, even though I specifically request that the product be delivered in front of my door and not to be left in the lobby, the carrier didn't follow my request. He or she left the package in the lobby and I didn't know it was delivered. Then , I had to beg someone to bring it to the second floor. If you cannot follow the customer's request, then don't process the purchase. In addition, the box was open, and there was no instruction booklet. So, I don't know what to do. I am waiting for the company to tell me where to get the instruction booklet.
