Faulty Battery on brand new portable compressor purchase. Unable to rate the compressor itself since it cannot be used . Disappointing experience on needed health care device . Am awaiting replacement battery from the maker of the unit. Battery is bad an will not charge .

Very deceptive selling practice. There are two versions of the carry case available, but the one pictured is not what you get. Even the order confirmation showed the case I thought was purchased, but according to the company the case shown is not the case you get when ordering. The company's solution was "next time just pick the other part number".

I ordered, I paid but wrench never arrived. Cancel order and return my funds Your got my money but never sent the wrench. Kindly refund my payment
