Directions not especially clear. Having trouble getting vacuum

Never received it. Is it still on hold?

Ordered catheters months ago, I believe the manufacturer is currently not making them, instead of cancelling you have emailed about once a month stating it's back ordered and each time I accept that you reset the date as if I had just ordered the item. After a good five months I finally cancelled.
