Item was damaged. Emailed my complaint and never heard a response back.

I asked for a refund for 2 products that were not what I ordered and got a standard Response back with no follow up

I bought them because I was so tired of generic brands slipping of while exercising... these were NO different!! they do not work like expected. If you hate slipping and turning into a tiny "rubber band" don't buy them. So disappointed.

I needed help with an order that has been missing for 2 weeks. It was difficult to find out how to message someone nor did anyone reply to my inquiry. Overall I am pretty upset.

Turn around time for customer service is very disappointing. I would recommend buy stuff at target because it will take over a week to hear from anyone.
