Tone It Up

On November 22 i made an order. Still haven't even received a tracking number for the shipment. It is the second time I make an order, and both times the shipping is terrible. As a woman, I try to support women owned business; but you make it really hard for me to keep supporting yours. What a shame.

When I tried to use them they are not thick enough they just roll up they don't stay on the leg properly

The products are not organic as advertised

Am really shocked with how i received the order, i contacted the delivery company because it was delivered very very hot when i asked why its not delivered in a special cooling car and as well as not stored in air condition place they said because from the website you order they did not put any tag that says this needs cool place and delivery ( because this will coast them to pay some charges!!) because when i ricieved the package there were no tag mentioned that and i assure it how come you do that i paid big amount of money and this is how i get it !! You do not care about how customers ricieve their orders? You dont care that they spent amount of money on your products you dont know its shipped to uae and temperature is 50c in summer?? Who will pay me back now?? For this careless?? Cookies are melted and spoiled from heat and honestly i cant risk it eating any of them not even the protein or collagen shake. Am asking for a refund because this all i cant risk my health using it I have chocolate business here and i deliver to my customers with special cars that have cooling boxes and specialized in delivering food .

I can’t review this product because I haven’t taken it yet. When it arrived the bottle was opened, the tamper preventive seal ripped off. I can’t trust that the pills haven’t been tampered with because of this. I have emailed customer service twice and have been waiting a reply but just get crickets. Poor customer service, unfortunately.
