Tone It Up

I’ve tried a lot of protein powders but this one is my favorite. While it is a little pricey and I have to pick and choose when I’m able to buy it, it’s definitely worth it. I put it in a lot of baked goods for the extra protein boost. And if course all of TIU recipes call for it.

The bands came really fast and have really helped my home workouts. The only complaint I have is the bands are more narrow than thick like a lot of workout bands so they kept folding over and not staying in place as well as a wider band would have.

I purchased the Nutrition Plan + Lifestyle Kit during the Cyber Monday sale, after having had my eye on joining the plan for at least a year. I have a subscription to Studio Tone It Up that I use daily and I hoped that getting the Nutrition Plan would take my healthy lifestyle to the next level! I emailed the TIU team to see if there was an option for just the digital only plan, hoping to save some money since I didn't need another booty band, water bottle, plastic tupperware, or (least of all) a single protein bar. Customer service responded to me quickly, which was great, and sent me a link for the Digital Only Plan, but it turned out to be the same cost for the Digital Nutrition Plan as it was for the Nutrition Plan + Lifestyle Kit (and because I was spending over $100, I had free shipping.) Since it cost the same, I ended up getting the whole Lifestyle Kit and I can say with all honesty that I was super impressed with both the quick shipping and the presentation of the box. While I certainly did not need the extras in the Lifestyle Kit, it is nice to have the physical Nutrition Plan book. Overall, since it was the same price as the Digital Plan, the Lifestyle Kit was a great deal, but I'm unsure why the TIU Team is selling the two for the same price and I was a little taken aback at the amount of packaging and the wastefulness of sending me a heavy box across the country that I didn't actually want or need. TLDR: Love the Nutrition Plan, like the Lifestyle Kit, would rather have former and not the latter.
