The website is still janky on my updated to latest OS on iPhone (12 pro) and MacBook Air, iPad Air. Shopping is janky and the live video replays are worse - they just pause sound for 1 min or more peppered throughout each live. I love tone it up and hate negativity and don’t mean this to be in any way complaining or mean. I just appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback in hopes their web developers can improve functionality of the site for a streamlined and fully functional experience. I made a purchase over Black Friday and must highlight that it shipped quickly and included more freebies than I’d even expect. That warmed my heart, made my day and was just so sweet. There is so much bw the trainers, workouts and community support that I adore about TIU. Thank you!!
