I can do this!
Let me start off by saying that I love food, and junk food. Snowballs, fastbreaks, cookies, &poppables!!
But I absolutely felt it. Mentally and physically. I have tried diets like keto and paleo, but they never worked with my lifestyle, and it was miserable. I have been wanting to join TIU for a couple of years now, and never took the plunge until I ripped my favorite pair of jeans by trying to force them on! So here I am, 2 weeks in and I am starting to feel the difference! I have more energy, and I haven’t craved any of the terrible things I would normally eat!
I am very proud of myself for continuing on, and so thankful for K&K’s beautiful and bright selves!
Do it, you absolutely won’t regret it! 😘
