Best tasting plant based proteins and pretty darn easy to substitute with for flour when baking. Also that new orange creamsicle collagen with vit C is so delicious. Great community, motivating trainers, efficient workouts, and definitely try the loving kindness meditation with Karena. The nutrition plan doesn’t do enough for me to balance blood sugar and manage hunger hormones/cravings, but I’m incorporating more healthy fats and fiber (and less natural sugars) at each meal to counteract that and accommodate my body’s specific needs. Overall, I love TIU.
