I ordered TIU protein (choc + vanilla!) refills over their Black Friday sales, and then realized two weeks later I still hadn't received it. I figured mail was slow, but when I checked the tracking number they sent, it said it had been delivered to a different state! I emailed the team and they got back to me right away. The second tracking # they sent was still being weird, so they sent me a new package directly from the office. I got that package and they had sent me TIU booty bands to make up for the confusion! Soo nice! and the cherry on top...my first order arrived a few days later (probably the Post Office fault and not TIU!) Since I already had booty bands and now a double order of protein, I gave the bands and second batch to my sisters to share the TIU Love!! Thanks for the amazing customer service!
