shipping to a bit long.

It took awhile to get shipping information but I emailed a supervisor and in no time she responded on the issue. Over all I was satisfied with the Spa service.

Not providing the product like it was originally.

I like the creamy cleanser but the day and night moisturizers, not much. Leaves my face feeling rough and dry. A lot of money wasted.

Have not received item or any updates on if/when I may expect to receive the item
