It was a lot little tricky to set up and understand where the oil went. I didn't find the web page particular user friendly

I am not deciding if I will continue buying anymore candles or need to go elsewhere.

The ordering process was good and simple to use but the actual product I find very overpowering and I find the strength of the fragrance very strong. I've had to move the diffuser outside and probably won't use it. The oil also is very strong. Im yet to use the spray.

Happy with the aesthetics of the wood diffuser, and love the smell of the santal woods oil. But, after buying the diffuser and reading the (very brief) instructions, I wasn’t getting any smell from the diffuser after adding oil twice. I assumed it meant the wood was just still being primed and soaking up all the oil internally. Oil marks were showing a little on two sides, so I thought it still had capacity for more oil. Unfortunately, after the third time of topping up the oil, the wood has split in multiple places. I wasn't expecting diffuser intensity scent, but I was expecting to be able to smell it a bit further than just one foot from it, and I was expecting a much higher quality product, not one that splits within a week of purchase.
