Michelle went totally out of her way to get me a unit as customs could not be fixed with the coronavirus situation. And what was sent was really amazing. Michelle knows the story of the unit I purchased that was completely horrible and she went out of her way to assure me to counsel me on proper care of units do use different products and then I got two units that are absolutely amazing. Just one thing I would ask if they could do stock full lace wigs without stretch. I wear a small cap with a stretch it folds a little. But Thank you Michelle!!!!
