The hair I was sent did not match the hair unit online. The hair was much darker. I was disappointed.

I thought the hair was nice but the color was not what I expected; the color was too ashy color. I am waiting to receive a full refund.

I used to be a big fan however now due to the customer service I am looking elsewhere for where to buy hair. Found a good website and truly just because of the customer service I will spend $400 on the hair piece I saw with no problem. As women, especially those of us who purchase high priced wig like this, it takes a moment to at least acknowledge of email to you and give good high priced customer service. When I ask how long the hair piece will take to arrive don’t reply in a rude way just acknowledge that I’d excited to get my $400 hair wig and let me know the standard timeframe and then tell me you are working to get it to me. Simple good customer service can build a business and make it grow.

Pretty wig ,but the wrong wig ordered the 6.5 parting and 18 inch it's barely 4 inches in parting space and its way to long 26 inches too much hair very heavy was going to send back bought 2 units one for my friend she was disappointed also parting not 6.5 as we wanted my sister said she will buy mine. Again sent the wrong wigs the box and invoice say what i wanted but didn't receive what I paid for.

I still have not received the wig I ordered almost two weeks ago.
