I purchased your scrub with the mica glow!! I just love it! It is very beautiful on my skin. The way you have to use it is to first step lather up and use a really good organic soap and second step use the scrub and rub it into your skin very thoroughly. Then the third step is to then condition your hair and leave it in for a good 3 minutes. Then rinse off your hair trying to avoid the scrub. Then go ahead and lightly rinse off the scrub. You don't need to use a lot of this product, it works best when you just use the steps that I am suggesting. It really makes a difference in the sheen on your body! Good luck!! Samantha Belk
