Disappointed when I saw the expiration date. Ordered 2 masks in December and they both expire in August of 2022. That's bullshit! Don't send me your old product!!

I was really looking forward to taking these new facial items on my weeklong vacation. I even paid the extra $15 for express shipping! Not only was there a delay in processing there was a delay with shipping! The items didn’t make it to me until AFTER my trip! Customer service attempted to fix the issue by attempting to expedite shipment manually, but that went WRONG 😑 as well!! I waited way too long for these products to reach me, which shows the level of organization with this this company. Essentially this experience is enough for me to look elsewhere for skin care, they’re inconvenient, unorganized therefore unreliable. It’s unfortunate because I really do like the new cleanser…

It smells great but unfortunately burns when i use any of the products and I have noticed break outs after using it.

It stinks

The whole reason i bought the product is because it said/showed your skin being all shimmery when u rinse it off from rubbing into your skin. And it was the complete opposite. When it arrived it wasnt moist at all. It was so hard didnt even feel like sand. I looked over that and tried to rub it in durring my shower as described to exfoliate the skin and it actually kinda hurt. Didnt have any shinyness. I could have bought a better product for $5 at walmart. I do NOT recommend at all. 0 starz.
