Horrible shipping experience
I was really looking forward to taking these new facial items on my weeklong vacation. I even paid the extra $15 for express shipping! Not only was there a delay in processing there was a delay with shipping! The items didn’t make it to me until AFTER my trip! Customer service attempted to fix the issue by attempting to expedite shipment manually, but that went WRONG 😑 as well!! I waited way too long for these products to reach me, which shows the level of organization with this this company. Essentially this experience is enough for me to look elsewhere for skin care, they’re inconvenient, unorganized therefore unreliable. It’s unfortunate because I really do like the new cleanser…
