Sam Villa Professional

I am a professional & love my Sam Villa tools. However, I am so mad at the fact that Sam Villa is now available to the consumer to order or walk into Ulta & purchase. We are supposed to be standing united, not divided. Sam, as a fellow professional, I am so sad you played against us!

The finger inserts are not flexible so I have to pop them out to use the shears. Great operating sheer overall

I did not receive a receipt with my purchase and do not like the iron and want to return it and have no idea how to do that

This was a replacement dvd because the first one I ordered was defective. The case was shattered and one of the 2 DVD’s was just floating around in there. I contacted customer service and they sent me another one. The new one was in the exact same condition. This time I watched one of the dvds. and it played just fine. I am just very disappointed that the case was damaged and for $50 I would like to have a case to put it in to keep it safe. I am not going to contact customer service again because I’m afraid if they send me another one it will only be another shattered case. The dvd I have watched is very good. It is only the quality of packaging that is terrible.

I’m enjoying my blending shears. Thought I was buying thinning shears. But these are nice. Not really certain the difference. I do want to add...Purchase process was difficult. Would prefer a credit card option. At least I was eventually able to use my Venmo account.
