I was having trouble redeeming a gift card credit I purchased through the Redken loyalty website. When I called customer service Leah was so helpful. She went through all options on the website with me and then called portal support among other things to get the job done. Then even though I had already placed my order she still called and informed me when my credit was available on her end and offered any other help that I might possibly need. Thank you so much for having considerate and helpful employees :)
