Love how lightweight,classy looking and yet powerful the blowdryer is. Love how the clips don’t put a bend in the hair.-however I do believe they need alittle improving on on side where the band is,They seem to break on the side where the elastic is but other brands do as well. Maybe I’m using improper not sure? The cutting cape that’s Vera Italy is awesome. Great quality!! Also the customer service ROCKS AND I ALWAYS RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS WHEN IF NOT SOONER THAN SAID.

I loved my items but I want to say I wish the dryer had a turbo putting to give an extra push of air with the same amount of heat. I missed that from my babyliss dryer.
