Answered all my q’s And insured my order/case was completed in a timely manner by constantly following up to make sure things were going smoothly on my end. I was really disappointed when I noticed my flat iron stopped heating up while on a family vacation. I contacted Sam Villa to initiate the return. I was told as soon as they received notice that I had sent my damaged flat iron back they would send out a new one. A week after i sent it I called and spoke to Lya. She was honest and admitted they had dropped the ball and apologized. Even though I was initially upset (let’s face it..... once you use the sleekr flat iron nothing else compares and I needed my flat iron back) I could not stay upset because Lya didn’t make excuses she owned the issue and I respect that. Thank you Lya! You are amazing and have made me a loyal customer for life!

Customer service very helpful and delivery super fast we all use Sam villa dryers at my business. This is the first time I had a problem with one of my dryers and the company took care of it. We love our dryers there not heavy and blow dry fast . Thanks
