I ordered the adjustable stand to attach to my skinny Riki Mirror. I’m so glad I ordered this. Works much better for me even if it’s to blowdry my hair. Happy that RIKI came out with this straight up and down adjustable stand. I have it on my vanity top and fits perfectly. Easy to assemble it took me about 5 minutes and came with its own key to screw in the 4 little screws. Quality made as well! Ordering was easy and I received the stand on a timely basis. I was thinking at first of ordering the sparkle mirror but my vanity area is on the smaller side so this worked out great. It is costly $$ in my opinion but it works so all is well. The website was easy to navigate and find what I wanted and pay. Everything went smoothly. Before I made the purchase I wanted to make sure it would fit so I emailed for help and received an answer very quickly. Great selection!

I'll start by saying my first package was damaged in shipping which was no fault of the company. I had purchased the shipping insurance and I'm glad I did as it was easy to file a claim and get reimbursed for the damage. It did exclude tax and shipping which was slightly disappointing. I received another mirror as a birthday gift so I was all set. I learned about the joys of shaving in the shower many years ago. I have tried many different shower mirrors from the cheap stick on ones to the ones that attach to the warm water coming out of the shower. These definitely did not provide the experience I was looking for. There are built in electric options that cost hundreds or even thousands and these were not a viable option. I received the round, lighted, heated mirror. The packaging was very nice and kept the mirror secure. Installation was very easy and the wireless charger works just as expected. Using the mirror is simple and when powered on, the heating begins immediately. It takes less than one minute for any fog to completely disappear. There are several light intensities to choose from but I have only had to use the low setting. I am so glad that I have this mirror and plan to buy additional products for family gifts in the future.
