Riki products are high quality, beautiful and well designed. I own many of them. On two occasions, I have had an issue. Riki’s customer service has been awesome. I will continue to choose their products over any other similar products.

I couldn't be happier with customer service. Not only their timely responses but how the really care about their customers and help solves any issues. Shipping was very fast and my mirror was shipped very well. I researched mirrors for a long time and came to the decision to get this mirror and I made a great choice. I couldn't be happier all around.

I have the stand for the Riki mirror and I wish it swiveled and tilted.

Fast shipping and excellent customer service!
